its as simple as this. a person cannot continue to be smothered and suffocated. I broke it off. said lets have a break from eachother.. being told you are the only thing in a persons life that makes them go on is a bit scary.. and I couldnt really understand it.. I said we need a break.. but if you meet someone else that is fine. I tried being friends with him.. grey went even more weird. and was acting like.. and these are his words "an I love myself dickhead"

he finally meets some girl. and apart from dangling tidbits of info in front of my face and wanting sparks of jealousy to fly, it just irritated me if anything. In the end I find out from Inferno that Grey has a G/f and both of them had been acting like two parents who had to tell their child that they were getting a divorce or something.

I accosted him and said bad form.. and that im big enough to accept these things without him making it more than it is.
Last games night.. i told him prior to the meet that I didnt want to turn up and feel awkward and uncomfortable with the situation.. grey said he totally understood. that night grey snubbed me and didnt even introduce me to his G/F. i found out who she was because i was playing Shenmue and I happened to sense someone behind me and it was them.. standing together in an embrace. Grey still didnt say anything. I dont think he even twigged to what was happening

i felt it not up to me to introduce myself. and not my place.
I left very hurt.. and the stupid idiot pleaded ignorance. Well as far as Im concerned, supposed friends try and look out for other friends.. It was obvious I was upset.. yet grey didnt even bother. he made no attempt to make that night better for me considering the circumstances. and from teh sounds of it.. grey made other feel awkward with the over the top public displays of affection with his g/f. Im glad i didnt get to see the extent of it.
Grey says he introduced her to everyone.. well I didnt get an introduction. and if I was him I would have made a special effort to break the ice, so to speak and I would have been aware that he had not been introduced, considering the circumstances.

Then Grey hits me with comments intimating i dont want him to be happy and that when we broke up he never wanted me back and stuff like that.. which contradicts things Grey has said to other people.

My anger is this.
For someone who (after various bumbled attempts to say he loved me and then took it back) eventually said he loved me and told others that I was his soulmate.. could just pack his shit up and move on to someone else in such a short matter of time.. for someone who told me sooo many times how much i meant to him... it just doesnt compute to me.

and here I am.. who never loved him.. but was on the way to it.. could be still struggling to come to grips with my feelings and trying to figure out how, for someone who says they love me are able to transfer these feelings to another person so quickly. or is it that his feelings for me were but a drop in the ocean.. that he has so many feelings he can just whip em out when he needs to? Seems shallow to me.. feelings for supposed loved ones arent meant to come so easily .. i believe them to be sacred.

I wonder truly wonder about how one's heart functions.. is it that I put so much thought and meaning into my feelings.. or is it that grey is so quick to go head over heels and that he is so blind to what is important in a relationship? Being on the same level...

I think its called the rebound. thats what people keep telling me.
and now.. When i find that he has used my belongings without my permission.. I think I have a right to be somewhat pissed off.
and now I think back to when grey didnt stand up to a supposed friend who said I did drugs. i dont do drugs.. and i stopped talking to her because of what she said.. she accosted him and he didnt stand up for me.. or himself.. grey just let her say her thing and he agreed..even though he knew I dont do drugs. makes me wonder how much of this he did with me. There is no point in really fighting with him.. because the coward just uses the easy escape of "Im sorry" and thats it.. and he isnt sorry.. I told him I wasnt sorry for keeping him at a distance when I came back from sydney because of his mushy bullshit he went on with.

A part of me misses him.. but its sure as hell not the ignorant, easily entertained, copying person he is now.. it sure isnt the clingy whingy sook that awaited me when i returned home from the olympics.. nott he person who would talk about their ex in the most INAPPROPRIATE of times. Notthe person who, once he had been spent.. would forget about me and then roll over or start talking about videogames. and not the person who was so hard up to find his identity that he decides to copy someone else's.

I miss the old him.. and he is long gone. and it shits me because He is still in my life.. and I dont want him there because of who he is now.

Well I'm 14, so I don't have much advice on this kind of subject. All I know is, whenever you're in a relationship, don't immediately say you love someone.

Love's meant to be the final and everlasting emotion, something you say when you mean it, and not just something to please someone.

Saying it ruins relationships, for it takes out all the mystery and expectation that you both had.

Anyways this all boiled over when eventually, Grey borrowed something of Generals without even asking. Hence the current situation.
