I'm still not convinced either way.I want more dirt. Ilce, can you get the other people that allege he has ripped them off to come here and give us the details of the transaction? Can you also please tell us the details of your failed transaction with him?

OK, I have contacted the other people who got ripped off by ICQ. When they get online they may post here. They have been ripped off quite a bit of money. My trade with this scum of society was peanuts compared to the current scam he is involved in. Thats why I didnt bother raising it. But if you must know, here it is.Your Honor. I was contacted by the defendant by ICQ when he noticed I was selling some rare saturn games (Brand New) on ebay. He wanted one of those game desperatly so we organised a trade on Gametz where I would cancel the ebay auction and thus lose around $5 in commissions (to ebay) and he would buy the game off me for $60. The defendant said he would pay withing 3 days. 3 days became 1 week, that became 2 weeks and became 3 weeks, that became 4 weeks. In the 4 week period I got excuses like: 1/ I'm only 14 years old and I dont know what a post office looks like,
2/ I broke my leg,
3/ My cat is in the hospital,
4/ I gotta buy my family birthday presents,
5/ I lost the money... Oh my God.. I dont know where I put it. The trade was cancelled and that was that.

So, ryanandcameron, you say you're Mr GBA, and your friend is StealthKenshin, and he's a dodgey dealer, but you'd like to change your name here to StealthKenshin (which is already taken by somebody else) because it's your dodgey friends name and you thought it'd be cool to use his name.Am I up to speed so far? /me goes to join Gamenation under the name lestat because it's cool to use your friends names.

He first advertised that he was willing to trade a copy of Terranigma. I was interested and at the time I never knew he would this bad, so I decided to arrange a trade.The first thing I noticed was that he didn't own terranigma. It was his friend and he also made up that he will send it when he receives the cash first. This automatically means that I should send first. At the time, he was also interested in my copy of nights. I made it so that if I give him nights he would lower the money down to 40. He was happy and so it was all fine. I agreed to send first, because the deal was damn good. 4 days later he finally received it. He told me that he'll give the 40 to his friend and he'll send it. I was okay about that and I expected it to arrive be the end of the week. However, nothing came. I tried to talk to him online, but was never on. After 2 weeks he finally went back on monday and he then tole me that he sent the game on friday. I was damn pissed, because he was so damn late, but he was sorry. Now it's friday and I still haven't received the game. If I don't get it by monmday, then I'll file a nice BTR on him. I threatened that I'll give him a BTR, but he also threaten me that he'll give me a BTR as well. The reason is that he couldn't play Nights properly, as he claimed that 4 pages in the booklet was missing. Before I sent the game I checked everything and it was all fine, so it's obviously that he's trying to make a reason to give me a BTR as well. OK.. hands up everybody who had to read the manual for NiGHTS in order to play it? Seeing as I probably won't be on here tomorrow night, I'm going to vote a tentative 'guilty' - depending on what the other people say. DJ: can you check the IP adresses of everybody concerned to make sure that nobody is just making stuff up?

The Jury, you must remember that during this trial the defendant has lied under oath and also been found to be the owner of multiple user names, which in itself is considered a crime punishable by death in most other forums. Please understand people.... we are not talking about the regular run of the mill defendant here..... No!... We are dealing with a true Villian.
