It's not meant to be discriminating agaist anyone, just for a bit of a laugh too. Like the 'possible ODWF refugee'. Off course if you are a dweeb you will be like 'wtf, like sure I am a dweeb' , but in that case, get off your ass and share your views, and become something better. And anyway, for all those ODWF refugees now, don't kid yaselves, when you become members you too will laugh at ODWF refugees too. I was never a ODWF, I came before it was intoduced.
