I think the main point here is the moderators have absolutely no obligation to justify their actions to other members. I can't find a link to it, but I'm almost certain it states quite clearly in the guidelines when you sign up that GameNation reserve the right to terminate your account there at any time, without explaination. You're lucky you're on relatively good terms with the mods there.

He's right you know, JSR. You're lucky that you're not feeling the full wrath of the GN mods as it is. Personally if I were a GN mod I'd have banned your gay arse ages ago.

PPPFFFFFTTTT.I didn't need to read much of that to see that the moderator was right to ban you. Listen Jet Set, I'm sure ur a nice person and everything, but you've got to remember that that is an *official* website of the game distributors in Australia. You get the Gamenation.com.au pamphlets when you buy games in Australia! They are naturally going to be a TINY BIT more conservative than this place. The website, no doubt, has alot of parents and young children visiting it. THATS why they got alot of complaints. And THATS why they enforced the rules stringently. Remember when you signed up at gamenation and you had to click "I AGREE" when you entered you details and [supposedly] read the conditions? Well, they said in those terms that they had to right to suspend any membership at any time. Tough titties. The guy from Gamenation didn't HAVE to explain himself to you at all- u should be glad he did. Sorry Jet Set, the moderators aren't stupid and neither are half the people here. We don't buy your "biology" BS. I really don't wanna annoy you or get you to flame me, I'm just trying to make u see the other picture. By the way, I'm not going to be making any more postings on this topic so don't try any personal attacks on me. ------------------

I should be logging on more often if this sort of drama is going to happen on a regular basis.if it makes you feel any better JSR (I dont think it will.. and I dont really care if it does) I get banned 'onsite' at gheynation.. I think Megaman still has that special status too
